Integrasi Teknologi dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam: Dampak dan Tantangan bagi Siswa SDN 04 BIRUGO kota Bukittinggi
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact and challenges of technology integration in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning for students of SDN 04 Birugo, Bukittinggi City. Along with the development of technology, the use of digital media in education is increasing, including in Islamic religious learning. This study uses a qualitative method with a field study approach, where data is collected through interviews with teachers, students, and parents, as well as direct observation in the school environment. The results of the study show that the integration of technology in PAI learning has a positive impact on student motivation and understanding. The use of interactive media such as videos, digital learning applications, and online quiz platforms helps students understand Islamic religious concepts more easily and interestingly. In addition, technology also increases student involvement in the learning process and makes it easier for teachers to deliver material in a more varied manner. However, this study also found several challenges in technology implementation, such as limited technology infrastructure, lack of training for teachers in the use of technology, and potential distractions for students when using digital devices. To overcome these obstacles, support from various parties, including schools, the government, and parents, is needed to ensure that the use of technology in Islamic religious learning can run optimally
